Receptionist was helpful in finding me a decent walk-in appointment time the day after a long weekend. Was able to leave and come back and the wait wasn't long. Doctor was very kind and listened to my concerns in English, and prescribed the necessary treatment which I was hoping for. He even wrote me a note for insurance purposes. Coming from out of province, I had a good experience overall.

Medical service is excellent. Very professional doctors. The pharmacy in the center itself is very helpful. Needs some improvement of secrtarial service (anwering the phone, getting back in timely manner etec)

Took a Bonjour Santé appointment and was concerned seeing all the poor reviews. However on arrival the Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The appointment was for 1.15pm and I was called in to see Dr at 2.50pm. The Dr was polite and took time to listen. The offices were modern and clean. Overall not a bad experience.
